Common goldfish

Goldfish are renowned for their hardy nature and ability to thrive in a well kept pond. This category of fish includes a variety types, colors, and patterns. These are the available sizes:

  • 1” to 3” Goldfish

  • 3” to 5” Goldfish

  • 6” to 8” Goldfish

  • 8” and larger

shubunkin and calico fantail

Shubunkins are hardy fish that come in a variety of colors and calico patterns. They are single tailed and originate from Japan.

Calico Fantails are hardy, fork tailed fish that are suited well to this area. They come in a variety of orange, red, white, and black colors, and their fins are often said to resemble a pair of butterfly wings.

We also have a variety of Standard Fin and Butterfly Fin Koi.

The Standard Koi comes in a variety of bold oranges, whites, yellows, blacks, and combinations of colors. Their patterns vary from fish to fish. When well taken care of, they continue to grow up to, or even longer than 12 inches in length. The Standard Koi has a single fin that is typical of the koi family.

The Butterfly Fin Koi is also known as the Longfish Koi or Dragon Carp. What sets them apart is their long fins that sweep through the water. They can have a variety of patterns that combine white, orange, red, yellow, and black markings. They can grow to around 12 inches in length when taken care of.

We carry koi that ranges from 3 inches to 12 inches in length for Standard Fin and 4 inches to 10 inches in length for Butterfly Fin.

We do our best to keep a variety of koi available, but please contact us for availability, especially for larger sized fish.

Other Aquatic life

We also carry Japanese Trapdoor Snails and Bullfrog Tadpoles.

These snails are Japanese Trapdoor Snails. What's unique about them is they cling to the boulders of your pond, eating the algae that settles on rocks. They get along with existing fish and are a terrific addition to any water feature.

Our tadpoles eventually turn into bullfrogs. They get along great with your existing fish and are a great addition to any water feature.

hardy water lilies / deep water plants

We sell lilies in two varieties. There are a variety of hybrids and colors, usually that come in whites and yellows. We also carry select lilies that are bred for specific colors and and flowering.

Tools And Other Supplies

Pumps

We carry brands of pond and waterfall pumps that are built to be compact, clog resistant, and hard water tolerant. Our pumps come in a variety of sizes and ability to pump gallons per hour. We carry Tidalwave 3 Series Pumps, Tidal Wave A Series Pumps, Little Giant Direct Drive Pond Pumps, and Cyclone Pond Pumps.

Pond Heaters

Pond heaters and deicers are built to withstand the coldest winters. They keep ice from building up on the surface of the pond, which protects fish and keep liner from becoming brittle.

Pond Aerators

Aerators not only circulate water in your pond, but also help keep ice from building up on the surface in the winter months. They help to reduce algae growth and sludge build up, and are essential for the health of fish. Some of our vendors are Aquascape and Matala.

Lighting

We carry lighting kits and spotlights, to feature your pond at night.

Pond Netting

We recommend using netting over your water feature in the Fall and Winter to protect the pond from falling leaves and to limit debris buildup.
